Refund policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.

To make a return:

• One return per order will be free of charge. 
• Additional returns per order will be charged a flat fee of $14.99.
• Items must be unopened/unused/unworn.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
  

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.

Refunds will be issues within 10 business days or less. 

To return a product, email hello@glaciframes.com for further instructions. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). One return per order will be free of charge. 

Additional returns per order will be charged a flat fee of $14.99 to the customer.
